Working years in a restaurant have cultivated elite interpersonal skills. With such knowledge it makes it very easy to read emotions and body language, which allows fluent and thoughtful conversations. It has also taught self control with personal emotions due to rude guests over the years. Landscaping has created a sense of hard work and how to thrive working long days with little rest. The workday never ended until the job was completed no matter how big or how small the job was. Managing has taught working from both sides of the fence. Since I was never hired into a management position, I had to be promoted to it. Allowing an understanding from both sides, management to employee, and employee to management. It has also taught how to delegate tasks and the workload for maximum efficiency. Some qualities I am proud to say I have are, dependability, in both punctuality, and in regards with having the same work ethic everyday. I have integrity and will refuse to take shortcuts. I am multicultural, I have a great understanding of all the differences and what makes each one of them special. optimism is another strong quality, since there cant ever be hope if there's no one hoping for it. I excel in being interpersonal, allowing a truly engaging conversation with anybody. I am a fast learner, questions will be asked to ensure instructions will be followed carefully, also to determine the most effective way to carry out the task. Leading comes naturally making it easy to think on the spot to come up with quality solutions to any problem, which entails involvement of the entire team working on the goal in their own way that they're strongest in. When im not working im either fishing, painting, hiking, or hanging out with family. I believe there's good in everyone, and I think life is too short to ever be frustrated over anything. Everyday that I wakeup is a gift, and I treat it as such. If I can help someone in any way I will, stranger, brother, or lover, it doesn't matter who.
