Accomplishments

I am the only child of my mother Jacqueline Michelle McCullough born March 18,1977 I played football at Miller Grove High School. I excelled as a wide receiver punt returner and graduated 1996.I overcame the poverty I came up in on the Southside of Chicago Ill. I've traveled to Ga Florida Kentucky and I've recently returned home after 30 yrs. I get to see my Dad my brother and loved ones for the first time in a decade. Ive been through a lot in life yet God is favorable in my life and he has kept me through trying times.Ive been shot the bullet passed through my hand where I was told I would have to have it amputated but what a mighty God we serve.Im alive im 47 and I'm so appreciative of the journey and I appreciate all people tongues and nationalities. I am an accomplishment not the rewards that one shall give but the nations we are all a beauty and thank God for America black white brown red we are a special people.

Meat Cutting

Watching my Supervisor Joe at work I said what's that Joe and he said stand here and I'll show you well he had a knife and he said imagine this steak was you and he began cutting. Rib eye tenderloin steaks and the Ny strips. He was great at it and so he taught me how to strip and cut it with the sharpest knives in  Kentucky and so not much but yes experience at trimming and weighing meat.

Additional Information

The dishwasher is a cleaning machine used for washing dishes most are made by the ecolabs where strips are taken and placed in the incoming water of the machine and if that strip turns a dark color then the soap is running through the tubes of the dishwasher if not a supervisor is called immediately.There is the building and breaking down of the machine of course for wash we placed the trees down first they catch any food before the machine gets stopped up.We then place the sprinklers down and bolt them securely by usually a screw on the side of the sprinkler.Place the curtains inside of the machine they wipe of any debris the sprinklers don't spray off and close it's doors turn on the machine and fill the water for use. Always make sure you have soap for safety reasons no one is trying to make customers sick keep a maintenance thorough for health inspectors who grade the restaurants ever so often. Keep clean and always have a supervisor make sure you are nice and tidy know that you may not know what experience knows so be responsible.
