- Just got to 2nd conference tournament and the first Conference Championship match since 2006 in under 18 months of new coaching staff arriving after program picked last and finishing last for multiple seasons prior.
- Had multiple first team All Conference selections and the 2025 Libero of the year.
- #2 in Big South Conference for opponent hitting percentage .
- #1 in Big South Conference for service aces per set.
- #1 in Big South Conference for overall blocks per set.
- Despite not opting in and only having 10 scholarships, beat the Regular Season Champion Winthrop in the Conference tournament to advance to the Championship match.
- Between Tusculum University and the University of North Carolina Asheville i have learned many ways a program can have success and thrive despite not having the same resources as other programs within the Conference.

- Indoor won a regular season South Atlantic Conference Championship in year 3 and the South Atlantic Conference tournament in year 5. Beat Wingate for the Championship despite only having 4 scholarships and carrying a roster of over 24 players.
- Produced All Americans at the Outside hitter position as well as setting and libero.
- Had multiple 20 win seasons.
- Qualified for Conference Tournament each season.
- Qualified for NCAA tournament 2 times in four full seasons. (Covid season was short).
- Beach team won the SAC Beach tournament every year i was the head coach.
- Beach team beat many D1 programs and also beat eventual National Champion University of Tampa.
- Both programs were losing and indoor was picked 2nd to last upon our coaching staff's arrival. We never had a losing season and qualified for the Conference Tournament each season as well as 2 NCAA tournament appearances.
