Jason Moyer

Started in Production in Pottstown for Master Water in March of 1996 building water treatment equipment. Which included assembling and repairing control valves, brine tanks, mineral tanks, UV sterilizers, and RO systems. Residential and commercial.

Around 2001 became production manager in Pottstown insuring that product was built correctly and in a timely matter by the production team.

During my time as production manager I also began taking technical calls on the phone with customers to resolve problems with equipment in the field.

Learned water testing procedures in the testing lab and used those results to make equipment recommendations to customers residential and commercial.

In the middle part of the 2000's started to become involved with the wholesale customers in the field in a sales and technical support role. I would visit job sites to troubleshoot equipment if an issue could not be resolved over the phone.

Hosted numerous customer training seminars on water results and the equipment needed to solve a variety of water quality issues. Also training them on how to troubleshoot and repair equipment in the field.
