I have worked at St. Mary's Medical Center for over fifteen years with over thirteen years of that being in cardiac cath lab, as well as electrophysiology. I have experience in the following procedures. Cardiac cath- LHC, RHC, PCI, temporary pacers, intra aortic ballon pumps, impella, pericardialcentesis, peripheral vascular procedures, atherectomy, thrombectomy, AAA, TAVR . Electrophysiology- Single and dual chamber pacemakers, ICD,S, BIV'S , ablations, Sterile draping of devices, and pre and post counts. Closure devices- Angioseal, mynx, perclose, and for radial hemostasis, evo and tr bands. I have experience in all access sites including: Femoral, radial , brachial, IJ, pedal.
In this per-diem job I traveled to VA medical center and Hazard, KY to help Doctor's with peripheral cases. I instructed them on CSI atherectomy device if it was needed for the best outcome for every patient.
