My team controls over 70 Braiders machines in two large clean rooms include horizontal and vertical Braider machine. Thereare 8 carrier's braider, 16 carrier's braider, 32 braider. There are many kinds of products to run on specific braider and each with adifferent set up.

• Test and inspect finished product to ensure conformance to manufacturing specifications

• Set up, operate, and control about 50 Braiding Machines

• Take Braiding carriers apart to clean them and rebuild them again and install new carriers into the braiding machines to keepthe machine run smoothly

• Operate Laser machine to Drilling holes on Catheter

• Collaborate with production Engineer and quality control engineer and group lead to improve the product quality and thework environment

Responsible for coordinating production activity in assigned work areas, ensuring that the product is continuously processed in accordance with build schedules.

• Accumulates information for assigned areas regarding work in process inventory status and daily output quantities

• Assists in providing direct training to area operators as required. Provides feedback on defects encountered and providesre-training support, as necessary
