Summary

At Ride MORE Bicycles we position ourselves as a high end bicycle shop and experience center. By that I mean we are not trying to sell a product just to put money in the till, but to sell a life changing experience to our clients through our immense experience and knowledge. I ride with others, in clubs and groups, and am overall part of the community I help to serve and have helped build. I am proud to consider myself a positive and impactful member of my cycling community, both through my work in the shop and ability to help others on the road. I hope to align myself with a brand that embraces the same ideology.

  • Ensuring that all functions of both new bicycles on the sales floor and customer repairs are completed with the highest quality standards.
  • Additional help on sales floor when needed. The repair area is open to the customers in the store.
  • Responsible for the facilitation of repair check in to make sure that the customer understands what the bicycle will need and expected turn around time as well as cost.
  • Working in close relation to my service manager and store manager to ensure daily/weekly/monthly tasks are met and that all repairs are returned in a timely manner.
  • Being a brand ambassador and good face for the company when joining group rides and being a helping hand when called upon.
