Throughout the years on the Fire Department I have maintained my training and skills learned from the academy and from each of my officers along the way. I was assigned to perform the duties as fire operations dispatcher with just three years on the job, that prepared me for the next step of becoming an officer myself. Now having been an officer for four years, I have found myself, ready to take the next step to Captain.
