In this position I worked on SaaS solutions as well as python applications to help with processes and business intelligence. In this role I gained experience with the Zoho SaaS, CRM functionality, and Python programming

One of my biggest projects in this position was an automated process and front-end data vizualization in Zoho CRM to facilitate the production, provisioning, and installation of our solutions. This process displayed information that both engineers and upper management could use to ensure that our solutions were delivered on time.

In this position I organized and prepared for large orders, made sure that products were produced on time and are of good quality, and helped provision products when production was finished.
