We delivered cable tv, Internet, telephone, and security services over 3 different platforms that included a fiber deep node +2 design cable plant, fiber to the home, and traditional copper telephone. I handled hiring, training, safety, inventory, purchasing, maintenance of company vehicles, budgeting, plant extensions, identifying new growth opportunities, and building relationships with local and county governments. I established the safety program for the outside plant personnel. I was also the lead trainer for work safety and culture. I helped establish a program with the help of Dale Carnegie where I was the trainer for the company on establishing new culture initiatives. Over 12 weeks, I launched the program and trained a committee to ensure its continuation through employee involvement while performing my regular duties. Although it did not fall under my direction. I served as the primary resource for devising solutions to complex business delivery systems within our business department, leveraging my extensive expertise in servicing commercial products.
