I was making landing gear components that ranged from ±.001 to ±.010 tolerances.

I set up and used dial and digital O. D. and I. D. gauges, micrometer, and depth micrometers.

Set up and Ran Cincinnati Milacron and Doosan Puma 2-Axis

lathes.

I had to check internal dimensions by pouring molds and checking them on a comparator for lengths and radius.

I maintained machines by checking oil and coolant levels.

Capability to problem solve setups when problems arise.

I have experience in reading and interrupting blue prints and GD&T drawings.
