Q.E.P

Pike Electric
12.2017 - Current

Helped develop and write out the Q.E.P position and the on-boarding criteria when we first started it in the Carolinas and midwest.

I do the new hire on-boarding class along with any customer trainings and assessments. i have also went out of state to help do on-boarding and assessments on new hires due to the large numbers.

Schedule with Ops. training classes and any other progression assessments that are needed.

Do crew visits and audits on OH, URD, Substation and Transmissions crews as needed.

I travel with crews out of town on storm and help with safety related issues.

I do help come up with different trainings for employees and crews to keep them up to date on procedures and best work practices.
