Senior Manager of Maintenance

  • Responsible for the management of pipeline and tank related maintenance, projects management, and emergency response efforts within the 11 state CE region
  • Total asset management includes 2000 miles of anhydrous ammonia pipelines and 2500 miles refined products pipelines and 21 terminals
  • Management oversight of internal maintenance crews, inspectors, 3rd party contractors, stopple services, vehicle fleet, and material and equipment procurement
  • Manage the implementation and completion of company pipeline integrity repairs, pipeline relocations, line lowering’s, cutouts, pump station and pig trap installations, stopple projects and hydrostatic test projects
  • Responsible for accurately managing maintenance OPEX and CAPEX budget and forecasting ($7-10MM annually) for the CE region
  • Established relationships with state and federal regulators to ensure compliance, while maintaining an “audit ready” status
  • Lead incident investigations and provide recommendations for operational and maintenance procedural changes and improvements
  • Direct responsibility for assigned HR duties, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, mentoring and employee development for the regional maintenance staff
