Operator Forman I would layout boxes and duct bank run

Then i excavate the trench and then assist my crew installing boxes and pipe . training the guys cause that was part of the requirment on coming over to PrimECS. After i train a couple of guys i fell more back into the foreman/operating part of my job. By setting up trucks , material , boxes and pipe to keep the team productive.

I would excavated trenches for water pipe, electric conduits, i would also back fill, load and unload trucks, operate any machine, or pipelaying.

I start my day by riding the job site, looking for any E&S problems to be fix. I check all pump stations, silt fence, anything that needs to be fixed or changed. I would take my crew all tasks to complete for the day, that was given to me by the superintendent.
