Accomplishments

I have been very fortunate to be surrounded in my professional career with really great people who have driven to accomplish the same goals. I have been chosen by my peers to be a leader in all areas of law enforcement and security. I am a very detailed person who leads by example and I put in the time to teach and mentor my team in all areas of business and personal life. I always make myself open to all questions and I asked questions when I am in need of further understanding. I can work in both an independent environment and as a team member. I am a task taker and get results on a timely basis. My global experience has really broadened my approach and perspective in all areas and I have been able to take the best from other areas and teams and bring them to my team.

Affiliations

I have been a member of several law enforcement associations and groups and also a member in the public sector of ASIS. MNORCA and Hennepin County Shield program currently. I have also been an instructor at the Minnesota Chiefs of Police school for new Chiefs of Police and also a presenter at the Hennepin County Shield program on Counterfeit product and Diversion.
