  • Extensive experience with tracking and tensioning belts for conveyors as well as replacing drum rollers and regular gravity rollers while also removing lace and replacing it.
  • Massive experience working with shrink wrapper machines by diagnosing what’s wrong with them when it comes to electrical problems from shorts and wires to bad fuses to bad PLC‘s. As well as checking and replacing the chain and sprocket that goes under the turntable for the shrink wrapper machine.
  • I am able to replace chain all the way up to 120 pitch to as low as 30 pitch.
  • I have also had to replace motors that range from up to 15 hp all the way down to 1 hp and have had to replace the reducers that attached to those.
  • I am experienced in electrical and motor repairs/ installation for these machines which range up to 10 hp motors.
  • Extensive experience working with E stops and can find the issue pretty quick by following the main control panel to figure out where Stop is starting from.
  • Able to read blueprints and technical drawings to execute installation projects accurately.
  • Experience in collaborating with the PLC specialist that our team hires.
  • I am able to operate on some of the new mobile conveyors that an operator can drive forward and backwards. That whole system is run off of one PLC, which I am able to diagnose by tracing bad wire or finding any issue that is causing machine to ground out. I can also assemble these machines together.
  • I am on call for seven days in a row once a month for 24 hours per day. I drive around daily to every one of my customers which can be up to 500 miles per day, including to those out of town where I am trusted to diagnose and fix on my own.

HVAC TECHNICIAN

The Premier Group
Denver, CO
07.2021 - 10.2022
  • At The Premier Group I installed duct work for commercial buildings, plus demo duct work for prep for the install of new duct work.

HVAC TECHNICIAN

  • My duties required me to service roof top units.
  • I would service multiple units at a time.
  • I would check to make sure the belt for the blower wheel was not too tight or too loose.
  • I would replace belts if they needed to be replaced and would check air filters to make sure they were not plugged, which would cause a lack of air flow.
  • I would clean the evaporator and condenser coils daily to prevent restriction of air.
  • I would check the level of refrigeration with gages to make sure the unit was not over or under charged.
  • I can replace a compressor and install a new one, meaning I know the procedure to recover and vacuum and charge the unit to proper level of refrigeration.
  • I can trace wire and find dead shorts in electrical when unit is at a ground short.
