New construction inspections both water and sewer. Pre con meetings, ROW and Platt work, Capital improvement project inspection for water and sewer, side sewer repair, new installation inspections, and back up locator. Projects I worked on as an inspector include CVC pharmacy, FW high school, FW vet center, Illahee JR High, Kondratyev, Mirror Lake Village, Norpoint Heights, Northwood Estates, Prokhor LPS, Retreat Meadows, Soundview Meadows. I have also worked on many CIP projects that range from 3 million dollars to 7 million dollars.

Record keeping for the district using software applications. Performs scheduling monitoring telemetry and GPM yearly reports. Conduct and maintain presentative maintenance on over thirty active pump stations, generator sets, and multiple household grinder sites throughout the district. Respond to emergencies such as force main breaks, pump station emergencies, power fails, plugged sewer lines and emergencies locates.

Clean sewer gravity lines and wet wells. Perform preventative maintenance on air vacs, pump stations, and wet wells. Operate generators, TV van, and Vactor trucks. Perform re active maintenance on pump stations and generators.

Install and renew water service lines, fire hydrants, and repair broken water mains. Operate Vactor truck, Excavator , backhoe, and dump truck. Worked as construction lead on multiple projects including water filtration at well head and water service line renews.

As a kid growing up here in federal Way I delivered The Tacoma News Tribune and the Seattle Times. I also worked at the Jack In the box on 312th and Pac Hwy, for 3 years while in high school.
