Management Skills and Experience

Responsible to plan, supervise and direct unit maintenance of all organic equipment In STRYKER Regiment. Advises staff and commander on matters of maintenance and material readiness. Enforces safety/environmental protection procedures and security for all maintenance equipment and supplies while conducting training, especially power tools and petroleum oils and lubrications. Directly Responsible environmental protection program compliance, including spill prevention and contingency plans, through the consultation of Environmental Agencies. Oversees all shop office functions and operations such as production control, Repair Parts ordering and overall man hour accounting; supervises all aspects of maintenance, servicing, repairing of over 150 wheeled vehicles, 30 generators, and Recovery equipment valued over $90,000,000; supervises the maintenance of unit equipment data, work orders and the Standard Army Maintenance System (SAMS) program; supervises the receipt, storage and distribution of CLS IX Repair parts, materials and equipment; accountable for 10 million dollars’ worth of vehicles, tools and equipment; responsible for the health, welfare and professional development of 13 NCOs and 47 Soldiers.
