Im experienced in schools, hospitals, car dealerships, banks, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing issues. I'm a professional with extensive commercial background and finish work. I was a sub-contractor for a few large drywall and metal framing company's for the first 15yrs of my career. Then for the next 10-15 yrs drywall foreman. And for the last 3yrs, a assistant superintindent. Where i provided progress reports, toke photos, fixed field issues, coordinated and managed all inspections. I ensured that all work performed on each project was complete and with a level of quality that would exceed the owner's expectations. I managed the punch list and handled the project closout process to ensure a timely completion. I scheduled and stayed within the budget parameters while retaining quality standards.
