I am a person in long term recovery .I choose the recovery field to hopefully give back to the community which has helped me change my life and to use my life experiences to help others recover . I enjoy the challenges that peer support n recovery coaching present..I work well as a individual as well as in a team setting . I am well recieved in my community and working hard to further my education and certifications. I have attended CCAR recovery coach training and am enrolled in Ethics this Febuary.I have attended CIPPS 101 class and will be following thru with further training and certification .Ive been working with Peers since 2017 when I started working at the Kennebec County Correctional Facility as Peer Support for the CARA program (Voluntary) which is a state run program covering all counties in Maine.I am looking to relocate to the Dover area n want to continue the work I have been doing to help others who choose to recover. I am not the greatest tech wise but am learning more everyday .I look forward to possibly working with you in the future . I am a Determined individual with a high level of compassion and skill in assisting individuals in various stages of recovery. support all Pathways to recovery.
