
My desire to continuously grow and drive for excellence will lead to a positive impact on your kitchen. Passion led to my original career as a chef for over ten years, with management experience in front and back of house, and coordination within a restaurant group. I then completed a master's degree at Durham University, in Design and Operations Engineering in 2014, and worked in that field for six years. My strengths include an innovative perspective and tenacity to get it right. Experience has honed my abilities to generate quality, consistently.
