Hello my name is Jason Warner. I am currently employed with the Fond du Lac School district as the Supervisor of Facilities and Safety. I also have 24 years experience in the construction field. For 11 years I owned and operated my own business in fond du lac called Fondy Glass. Outside of working for the Fond du Lac School District I work for my families business that is ran out of Chicago but we service Wisconsin as well. It's called RJ Riteway door corp. I help with job estimating, purchasing and repairs that are in Wisconsin. My family also owns lots and lots of residential properties where I manage and repair.

Before my current role as Supervisor of Facilities and Safety I was a carpenter and a head custodian with the school district. From those roles I have the management experience, safety experience, knowledge running large BAS systems, project management, active member of the districts safety emergency response team, budgeting, capitol planning and so much more.

As an employee I'm willing to go above and beyond always I am a true team player. I not only want this career for myself but I would like to help the Community that I live in and the Fond du lac school district. I'm the type of person who does not mind being available 24/7 to emergency calls.

Highly-motivated employee with desire to take on new challenges. Strong worth ethic, adaptability and exceptional interpersonal skills. Adept at working effectively unsupervised and quickly mastering new skills.

I am currently enrolled in WASBO and working on my facilities master certification. In the past I have also attended many seminars including Boston safety, fire marshall safety, and OSHA compliance. training.
