Over my thirty plus years of construction related employment, I have seen a lot of changes, But so goes any industry. As a young man of 18 I was installing mirrors & shower enclosures. Then I moved to full-line cabinetry fabrication and installation at 20. Then after working into the home building side of the industry I became a detailer. A few years later an assistant super. At 32 I started overseeing housing tracts. Several years later I transitioned into the commercial side and have never looked back.
