  • Managed, troubleshot, backed up and restored data, operating systems, files, documents and drivers to provide comprehensive systems management and support as a LAN Backfill.
  • Performed preventive maintenance and upgraded systems to improve network, system and data availability and integrity, done through monthly security patching and yearly system upgrades which I have owned for 20 years.
  • Led the building of the infrastructure(labels, lane & dock creation, building creation, storage allocation, belt creation) for an offsite product storage facility, and offsite carton storage facility.
  • Completed training and became Frankfort Site Expert for SAP, Cornerstone, Poet, ICS, Pick Work Manager, EMS, Atom, LM, and SLM. Also have training in DRP, Track X.

  • Helped develop a Healthy Warehouse initiative that focused on partial pallet reduction, lowering overrides, having less than 1% dig moves to create maximum velocity for dock picking to help warehouses increase productivity.
  • Led the implementation of 6 cranes, 2 product highways and 19 AGVS to Frankfort East and help headquarters team develop a plan to allow the new automated system to work with a conventional warehouse while still maintaining dock velocity. I was in charge of the lane and crane creations, labeling, allocation, training of newly created AGV Op position, and testing of throughput.
  • Delivered comprehensive training to internal and off-site users to optimize systems such as SAP, Cornerstone, POET, ICS, Pick Work Manager, Track X, ASN scanning, as well as ICS equipment training.
  • Implemented inventory control measures to replenish and maintain IT equipment, ICS equipment and supplies.
  • Kept flexible schedule and resolved after-hours and weekend emergencies quickly and accurately.
  • Performed data backups and disaster recovery operations to be able to accurately track product recalls and be able to ensure recovery of all effected product.
