As a Lead Material Specialists I assigned the crew to organize, ship, receive, inventory, issue, and manage parts for the aircraft. Each of Southwest's seven hangar locations house a Material Store, which is essentially a warehouse of aircraft parts for our Material Specialist Teams to upkeep and maintain records. I was also responsible for all incoming and outbound AOG shipments along with all HAZMAT verifications prior to shipment.

As an Appearance Technicians I was the detailers of the airline . I cleaned the entire cabin, galleys and flight deck. Along with washing the out side and wheel wells of the plane. I cleaned the hangar and refreshed our aircraft and equipment to provide a safe environment for our Customers and Crews.
