Professional Outdoorsman bringing a lifetime of involvement in competitive sports, including participation, administration and promotion. I never knew I wanted to do this until Jason's best friend past in 2018. Jason then ran a marathon in Paul's name and almost died... Jason never quit , 2022 Jason ran Moab240 with a dislocated rib and was in 7th place until I was loosing the ability to breath. ....... Jason still finished.
Jason L Coffrin was born 8-7-80 to Belinda & Terry Coffrin
Later in life 2005 he moved to Costa Rica for a job as a fishing Capt, after that job fell through he moved home and got into a serious car accident! He had multiple surgeries on his back and hips! While on pain meds sitting at home for 8mo he put together the idea of Mr Trigger Sportfishing and by his own hands with friends rebuilt a small 24ft boat and moved back to Costa Rica to pursue Big Game fishing ( marlin fishing) 11 years later after winning tournaments traveling the world and gaining world recognition all the while taking his fishing and fitness very seriously along the way he lost his best friend in all this ! He once again wanted to raise the bar on his life ! During a vacation a friend had to rush home from a hiking trip in Idaho ( 2019 ) Jason, stuck in his truck 3000 miles from home decided to go see some people from his Instagram in Springfield OR. Wayne & Lisa Endicott owners of The Bow Rack, had him over to the store to shoot his bow which he had with him, they became friends and had him over for a bbq just before hunting season! He fell in love with that tradition & the hunting and took it to another level pursuing hunts all over the west and ultra marathons from Utah to FL. He still visits Cameron Hanes Wayne & Lisa every summer for some lift run shoot in Aug before bow season! His first attempt at 50 was a failure at 45mi and his first attempt at 100 after being in first place was a failure after dropping out to a bad strain in a hamstring! He is now still pursuing hunts with a hunt in NM (fingers crossed) this year with Wayne Edicott! In the ultra marathon world he recently completed the Moab240 race, a 238.2 mile run across Moab UT. He ran it for the dogs of Spike's K9 Fund to honor the war dogs of the Navy Seals! He now runs Coffrin Jewelers and signed up for Method Mind Set not only to improve his business mind but to toughen himself for his next journey into the wilderness of Zimbabwe Africa with his own K9 to hunt down poachers with Wilderness Initiative Trust Africa K9 Unit ( WITA) in 2024. Along with strength and toughness he needs a mindset and he can’t think of a better class. All the while this was going on he started a new penure , K9 nutrition. Coffrin jewelers had just moved to a new location and he just could not give up the old building because it was just in a perfect location for this business. Man's K9 Nutrition Market LLC will launch sometime in September!
