Utilized RCF (roundness, concentricity, and flatness) measurements to identify parts with out-of-round conditions or chatter. Applied Homel CPG to trace part lengths and assess for hollow factors that could disqualify parts from production. Employed double etch method to inspect for grinding damage, including resoftening and rehardening. Implemented Magna-Glow method to detect hidden cracks in parts. Set up and calibrated manual, air, and automatic gauges while troubleshooting any issues that arose.

I prepped the meats and vegetables, doing so by chopping them or putting them into correct containers, making sure that everything was in date and correctly made. I also made sandwiches to specified instructions, as per the customer. As well cleaned every part of the store, this included the counters, floors, dishes, etc. Lastly, I communicated with other individuals, whether that be customers or my co-workers well.
