  • Established the PM Infrastructure (PMI) in the company including the projects intake process, report dynamics and the Organizational Process Assets (OPA)
  • Developed the business case, defined the leading and trailing KPIs, and involved in feasibility study based on scope outlines and the technical TRL requirements

  • In this extended (from 3 months to 8 months) contract, worked as a portfolio management team member to lead the ongoing projects under the program “Fusion” to improve the employee experience across Qualcomm branches in 42 countries
