Work History

Retail Investor

Independent Investor
04.2021 - Current
  • I invest in companies I believe in based on peer-reviewed due diligence. I’m currently adding to my long term portfolio, but waiting for the market to present an attractive opportunity.

Physique Athlete

Independent Contractor/Consultant
10.2016 - Current
  • I committed myself to a physique transformation that is forever ongoing. I went from a fluffy 210lbs down to a contest-ready 155lbs (6-8%bodyfat) in 9 months and gained muscle size in the process due to accurately tracking nutrition and a rigorous training regimen. I then worked my way back up to 210 but with considerably more muscle and less fat.
  • I know how to dial in nutrition down to the fine details. I know proper macronutrient and micronutrient intakes and how to determine that for each individual. I know staple supplementation from gimmicks.
  • I worked as a personal trainer for 5 years and saw through several client transformations. I know what it’s like to have a full book of clients by the hour. I’ve also worked as a group trainer. My focus is always on client education so they retain what I’ve taught them.
  • I am open to paid client consultation.

Filmmaker

Independent Contractor/Consultant
06.2013 - Current
  • I’m a filmmaker with a bachelor’s degree in film. My specialty is in writing and directing, but I can operate any role on a film set. I’m currently working with a Canon EOS 90D and prefer Mac for compatibility’s sake. I have a MacBook Pro M1 with Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Final Draft, and Affinity for photo editing. I have everything I need to operate independently.
  • I can offer consultation and a comprehensive list of supplies needed specifically for your project or for your studio.

RV Sales Representative

Camping World and RV Sales
12.2022 - 07.2025
  • I sold recreational vehicles such as travel trailers, fifth wheels, class A, B, and C motor homes, toy haulers, Happier Campers, truck campers, and pop ups.
  • I meet RV customers and help them select the appropriate unit for their specific needs. Out of over 300 units, I’m responsible for knowing the ins, outs, and location on the lot for each of them and am adept at being able to discern which select few to showcase to each customer to build the maximum value to the customer while not wasting time.
  • Once the right RV is selected, I'm then responsible for closing the deal. I must qualify each customer based on their credit score, cash on hand for down payment, and their towing capacity/hitch requirements.
  • After the deal is signed and finances are configured, I must then follow up with parts and service to ensure that the unit will meet requirements by the set delivery date. I then greet the customer(s) on delivery date and send them off with my gratitude.

Server/Waiter

Asian 1
12.2017 - 01.2023
  • I advanced to server at Asian 1 and quickly became a premier staff member working our busiest weekend shifts weekly for 6 years.
  • I kept an organized notepad and rarely made mistakes in a hectic, very fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and supreme customer service are paramount. Responsible for knowing the ins and outs of two very large menus; being knowledgeable as to the modification possibilities to accommodate food allergies and preferences.
  • I received small amount of bartender training, but I chose not to pursue more because the bartender position entailed a management position and I was already working multiple jobs and couldn’t offer the appropriate availability.

Certified Personal Trainer

Urban Fitness
02.2018 - 06.2022
  • I was a certified personal trainer at Urban Fitness. I went above and beyond for my clients in my program design, continued education, attention to detail, and coaching.
  • I sold training packages to customers who utilized their two complimentary training sessions with the gym I worked for. Everyone who signed up for the gym was in a paper call list that I had to build, maintain, and follow up with. These were a majority of my leads or people I talked to on the open gym floor. At the end of their second free session, I would lead them to my office to review their options for further training and alternate choice close them.
  • Quickly became our premier trainer and got most of the repeat clients other trainers had when they quit.
  • Each of my numerous clients have achieved dramatic results — be it strength and muscle increases, fat loss/recomposition, or improved movement and/or decreases in pain — in a short time and typically renewed sessions with me to continue onto their next phases/goals.

Host

Asian 1
04.2017 - 12.2017
  • I was the premier host at Asian 1 before being promoted to server. I worked the busiest shifts in the week and improved my multitasking ability. I was responsible for greeting every customer, answering the phone, taking phone orders, verifying/bagging orders, taking online orders, cashing out customers and passing off togo orders, writing up gift certificates, making waitlists and calling customers on those lists at the appropriate times, and any spontaneous janitorial duty regarding restrooms. Sometimes all of these things in rapid succession.
  • At the end of the shift, I had to verify my paperwork and receipts, and perform closing duties.

Food Runner/Busser

Asian 1
02.2017 - 12.2017
  • I delivered food, bussed tables, brought water to guests, and kept the bar stocked in a very fast-paced work environment.

Service Deli Associate

Costco Wholesale
09.2016 - 12.2016
  • I worked seasonally for Costco in their service deli and rotisserie room.
  • Awarded employee of the month.

Petition Circulator

National Political Campaign
03.2016 - 08.2016
  • I gathered signatures for statewide and county specific ballot initiatives in California and Washington on two different campaigns.
  • I managed a team of circulators. I determined optimal work locations for each, drove them to work, taught them how to best explain each initiative, and accrued hundreds of signatures daily for months. I was greatly in part responsible for getting numerous positive initiatives to ballot in both states worked in.

Energy Consultant

Vista Energy
02.2016 - 03.2016
  • I sold gas energy door-to-door. I persuaded energy customers from throughout the Californian Central Valley to Oakland to switch from their current energy provider to Vista Energy’s fixed rate gas energy.
  • I ended up quitting due to management abuse and neglecting to pay.

Assistant Property Manager

Painless Properties
09.2015 - 02.2016
  • I worked in student housing. As assistant property manager, I filled many roles. I acted as leasing agent, file clerk, mail sorter, groundskeeper, landscape artist, and even help with maintenance tasks.
  • Without any experience in the field, I quickly learned to be a jack-of-all-trades in property management.

Cleaning Specialist and Maintenance Crew

Painless Properties
07.2015 - 09.2015
  • I was responsible for inspecting and vigorously cleaning multiple, four-roomed college apartments each day.
  • Initially hired as a cleaner since previous cleaners had been fired for getting behind schedule, I devised an ideal cleaning routine and worked ardently for speed to get my employers ahead of the cleaning schedule. As a result, management began to cross-train me for maintenance and landscaping within my first two weeks of employment and suggested I apply for assistant property manager.
