All partners were profitable at the end of each year, with South America leading to new EBITDA contribution highs.

Regional Controller West Region - Oversaw the financial performance of all locations in the western hemisphere of the US. Created the right financial plans for each store in terms of sales, payroll, mark downs, and sell thru.

Provided senior executives with financial reporting, enabling them to take actions when necessary. Worked closely with Sweden and the US HQ to ensure all financial metrics of the West region were adequately passed on.

Supply Chain Controller - Responsible for monitoring inventory in all locations within the US. Managed the interactive inventory management system for the company to ensure all stores were receiving the right merchandise, and seasonality pushes were managed correctly. Set up reporting for executives to act on new product buys by region to enhance sales. Mark down cost on an annual basis saw improvement, closing inventory reduced, and comp sales increased each year during the tenure of my role. Worked very closely with the Head of Merchandising.
