As the Project Lead, adeptly navigated the project's trajectory, ensuring the successful establishment of partner agreements, effective communication of challenges, strategic roadmaps, and comprehensive project management across all dimensions.
Led an impactful OCR Project that encompassed a meticulous analysis, resulting in an impressive 15% enhancement in the output accuracy of KYC, Financial, and Medical OCR services. Through strategic leadership, the project achieved notable improvements in accuracy rates, delivering quantifiable results across diverse document types and industries.
Conceptualized and implemented an efficient OCR portal, leveraging cloud technologies including S3 for storage, EC2 instances for processing, and Application Load Balancer for seamless access. This initiative empowered business executives to extract insights from hundreds of documents within a remarkable time frame of under a minute, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.
Facilitated and successfully executed a series of partner agreements with prominent entities including Freshgravity, Blue Altair, Searce, and Google. These agreements encompassed a spectrum of legal documents such as Novation Agreements, Addendums, Statements of Work (SOW), and Purchase Orders (PO), solidifying strategic collaborations and ensuring legal clarity in our partnerships.
