Soccer is a great passion of mine and I'm always open to learning more about "The Worlds Game". My movement off the ball, how I use my speed to glide past the opposition, my strength and how I use it to my advantage when defending are all skills I've improved on over the years. However, the skills I posses off the pitch, as a teammate, a coach, and most importantly; a friend are translatable to my everyday life. I strive to be a voice of reason, look at the evidence presented to me before rushing to conclusions. I believe due to recent challenges I've faced whilst coaching, I've learned a lot about being a leader. You must be open to suggestions, help those who need more guidance closely, and how important it is to find common ground with those around you to strengthen relationships. These skills allow a coach, a tactician to build the best game plans they can build. It's about having fun whilst maximizing the attributes of the players on hand. Everyone is key, a good coach members that even if a certain player doesn't necessarily fit into their ideal team. A Soccer Coach Tactician must have an identity that they choose, a style of play. There are many small details, it isn't as simple as just saying you want your team to play a possession based game, or a defensive game. You must decide if you want your team to press the opposition when they have the ball, what to do with the ball when your team has it, how you will move the ball form back to front; minute details that separate good coaches from great coaches.
