I am working as an Academic Hospitalist at Roxborough Memorial Hospital since 2021. My clinical duties are to take care of patients on Med/Surg floors, and to work closely with other sub specialty attendings to provide best care to patients. I work closely with Internal Medicine residents and Medical students right from the beginning and delivered lectures related to Hospitalist rotation.

• I was one of the Core Faculty members for our ACGME accredited Internal Medicine Residency program at Drexel University College of Medicine/Hahnemann Univeristy Hospital. Our residency program consisted of 143 residents. As a Core Faculty, I was also participatedto deliver noon lectures. I also started working with our residents for their ABIM Board exam preparation. I was a member of CCC (Clinical competency Committee) for our internal Medicine residents and was a mentor for few of our internal medicine residents.

Also was invloved in interview process and selection of residents during ERAS season.

I worked as a clinical research associate in Dept. of Family Medicine at University of Pennsylvania. I was working on AMOR-IPAT(Active Management of Risk In Pregnancy at Term) working group project. This project involved obstetrics scoring and then optimal timing of labor including induction at term if not delivered by own in high risk patients. We collected data on 2400 patients including prenatal, Peripartum and postpartum care and compared outcome and complications between patients who underwent delivery at term by induction vs. those managed by traditional method .Our preliminary data showed better outcome and lesser complications with induction at term vs. traditional method of delivery. I was listed as an author on several manuscripts as we submitted our work as a part of AMOR-IPAT working group.

• Jinnah Hospital is a tertiary care hospital affiliated with Allama Iqbal Medical College, Lahore. It is 1400 bed hospital equipped with all the modern diagnostic and medical care facilities. Jinnah Hospital is a unique hospital to have a hundred bed emergency units in Pakistan. I was responsible for taking care of my patients in outpatient Internal medicine clinic and on the floors. My work included history taking, performing physical examination and preliminary investigations, start initial management and then presenting the cases to my attending for further evaluation and treatment. My internship and training also includes mandatory rotations in Diabetic Clinic and Medical ICU.
