• Researched and developed the effects the Methylene Blue drug had on Dictyostelium Cells which resulted in a decrease of Hirano Bodies; showing us that Methylene Blue may have a positive outcome in patients who are diagnosed with the Alzheimer’s disease.

• Successfully and skillfully conducted scientific experiments using PCR staining technique, cultured cells, plated cell counting, and identified the different microbiological bacteria found in food, plants, animals, and humans through the use of an electron and compound microscope.
• Skillful dissection of animals using a scalpel, tissue forceps, teeser needle, and dissecting scissors: examined their tissues through a microscope.

• Sisterhood of African American Sisters Organization fundraising effort for Ryves Hall charity event, successfully raising $500.00.

• Coordinated the Sisters Dream and counseled young girl’s ages 10-15 years of age about the importance of education and life choices.
• Helped rebuild and clean homes for families who were affected by Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, Louisiana.
• Served breakfast for adults who recovered and were recovering from alcohol and drug abuse at An Open Door Church Ministries benefit breakfast.

• Assessed in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Reunion at The University of Chicago Hospital; recognizing children who were born with defects and born prematurely.
