• Processing applications that are submitted to our university partners.
• Quality-checking applications to make sure they are adhering to university policies.
• Working closely with campus faculty to ensure that processes are being followed correctly, and assisting my team with any communication that needs to be made with campus faculty.

My responsibilities for this role are the same as those of the Student Operations Specialist role that I'm currently in. The position had a title change when we transitioned to being Risepoint employees.

• Worked closely with and assisted prospective students.
• Educated prospective students on the programs that our university partnerships had to offer.
• Assisted prospective students through the application process.
• Developed relationships with students throughout their admissions journey.
  

• I answered 160-200 calls a day for prospective students who were interested in learning more about the programs that my university partners offered.
• Sent communication to prospective students via text and email.

• Escorting students to their destination of choice safely.
• I was promoted to be the supervisor of this security service, and in 2017, I was awarded the 'Safe Escort Patroller of the Year' award.
• Scheduling my employees for their shifts.
• Working in the dispatch room within the police department, I took phone calls from students who wanted to utilize our service.
• Overseeing all activities that our service provides.
