Founded a Charity

In highschool I worked closely towards a cause that I know can be fixed: resources for orphans. I was connected to the brilliant Andy Stein who ditched a successful life on Wall Street to follow his true passion; helping children. This is when he gave me the idea of starting a club at my high school. The goal of the club was to raise money for Orphaned Star Fish, Andy's charity. The idea was simple, find a product kids in highschool can't get enough of; cookies. Me and my partner Alejandro Miyasaka baked fresh cookies weekly selling them to the school body sending all the money directly to Andy. This club taught me how to budget, market myself, and instilled hard work for a good cause.
