
Sports operations and coaching professional with experience across collegiate athletics, high school basketball, youth development, and Division I athletic event operations. Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and currently pursuing an MBA with a focus in Sports Management at California State University, Long Beach. Currently serves in collegiate athletic operations for Track & Field and Cross Country while also contributing to a high school varsity basketball program as an Assistant Coach. Brings proven leadership, organization, communication, and team-development skills, with experience coordinating athletic operations, supporting coaching staffs, mentoring student-athletes, and working effectively in fast-paced competitive environments. Bilingual in English and Spanish with a strong foundation in relationship building, problem-solving, and collaborative leadership.
Grew up around teachers as my mother, aunts, and uncles all work for LAUSD. I grew as a product of the environment and believe that’s what allowed me to grow into a human who thrives off helping others grow and why I love to be a leader.
