I also offer great knowledge of painting process, including mix Room responsibilities, power wash & Ovens. I maintain physical condition appropriate to the Performance of assigned duties and responsibilities. I consider myself an excellent problem solver, adaptable to a variety of situations and confident in my ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Lean manufacturing mindset & I am very adept at utilizing continuous improvements from the six sigma model and kaizen. I am a very firm believer that every process can be optimized for the greater benefit of both the environment and the company's bottom line. • Excellent knowledge of maintenance on robot systems, conveyors & their various components
• Complete knowledge of 1K and 2K, waterborne, solventborne, prime, monocot and base/clear paint systems
• Experience with paint vendors such as PPG, Red Spot, Rohm & Haas/Nippon, BASF and others
• Solid knowledge of paint testing, including chemistry and paint kitchen knowledge
• Currently taking Fanuc training for IR Vision, Sealer, Welding and material handling robots
• Secondary tooling design including paint fixtures for both current and upcoming product
• Root Cause Analysis Team Leader
• Identifying new process methods that improve production yield and cut excess scrap
• Complete knowledge of quality specifications and rejection criteria as it pertains to painted exterior parts
• Thorough knowledge of documentation for TS-16949 Quality Procedures
• Programming Fanuc Robots
