• Led, as a Senior Consultant, a team of 6 members the business gathering requirements phase for the Source to Pay, Inventory, and EWM modules; mapping the business driven questionnaire within SAP Best Practices using SAP Activate for the S/4 HANA 2020 North America implementation.
• Performed Fit-to-Standard analysis identifying the delta requirements, allocating 78% of those into the standard business process providing reduction in costs in the development phase and system maintenance.
• Conducted Live Demos in SAP S/4 HANA within the Sandbox Landscape to show standard functionality of End to End Processes (Level 3 transactional) for PTP, and EWM modules.
• Configuration of Master Data for the North America Region including Business Partners, Source List, Material Master ( MRP, Purchasing, Classification, Plant Data), Enterprise Structure, Activity Areas, Release Strategies, Putaway and Removal Strategies.
• Facilitated change management strategies for the cross functional teams support the architectural runway to initiate the build phase using JIRA.

• Led a rotational team of 10 for the Greenfield Implementation of SAP ECC 6.0 for the MM and WM modules of 108 National Tire Warehouse from the previous ERP JDE.
• Developed documentation materials as well as provided on-site and remote training to more than 1,000 end users via collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Citrix Webex, and Zoom.
• Increased user satisfaction by resolving bug defects, configuration requests, and user error workarounds within less than 4 hours for 85% of incoming tickets using BMC Remedy as the ITSM tool.

• Brownfield full-lifecycle implementation from SAP ECC 4.7 to 6.0 in the Material Management and Warehouse modules which included requirements gathering, build, Unit and Integration Testing, and HyperCare support.
• Test lead of the HSI (Helicopter Sikorsky Inc.) integration with Sikorsky to SAP S4 HANA with HPQC as the test platform.

• Configured SAP EWM of goods receipt and goods issue processes, warehouse capacity and warehouse order rules, cross-docking process, transportation planning, and execution.
