When I am not focused on work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, as I find myself feeling refreshed mentally by natures greenery and clean air. I occasionally go on hikes at Lake Perris here in the city of Perris, and my vacations are well spent at national parks. Truthfully, I feel as if I grew up as the last generation of children who played outside, and I'd like to keep the tradition alive as long as I can. Caring for patients in the health industry, i see the positive effects these moments outside in the sun can have on a persons attitude and health. Having healthy physical activities as a hobby also ensures I remain capable in movement, and strong enough physically and mentally to deal with the occasional chaos and heavy labor that may present itself in a work environment.
