Overall having almost 10 years of customer service experience working at call centers, security, retail, and more deep down i've always wanted to serve in a different way i recently received my BLS certification and my CNA License and i'm currently looking for entry level CNA/PCT positions. Im a quick learner, i work well with a team as well as independently , i also have experience supervising others. I pay special attention to detail. In my role as a CNA/PCT i believe being patient caring and making sure patients are safe is most important. I look forward to working alongside a great team.
