Jaxon Carr

Done a lot of live performance work in and out of school and knows how to operate with a team, giving and listening to directions. Taken longer and later hours working with peers and employers while maintaining a large selection of tech and social difficulties. Been in charge of a crew and worked for a crew over the course of 4 years, working well with other crews and setting goals for what work should be done.

Good at multitasking and staying consistent in work and attitude through shifts.

• During High school was a part of the Sound Tech crew for 9 productions. 3 of those as a Sound Crew Head, in charge of the operation of speakers and Actor microphones along with music and Sound Effects during and before the production. Getting practice and application in working well socially, listening to peers and following orders or directing others to do what was needed.
• Participated and passed in a large selection of Honors and AP classes throughout high school. Practicing a hard work ethic and pushing through under stress and pressure to achieve better results
