For many years I have learned what being a hard worker looks like, through visual examples of close family members and co-workers. I know the difference between hard work and indolence, and I always strive to do my hardest at whatever conflict or obstacle might arise. I do not get frustrated when my attempts fail; instead I stay patient and find other angles to help find a solution. I am very enthusiastic to work alongside others and I am dedicated to learning new and better ways of accomplishing things. When pressure builds I know when to focus on getting things done and completing the current tasks at hand so I do not get overwhelmed. When striving to compete a goal, I try 100%.
