After graduating High School in 1996, I joined the Marine Corps, I was honorably discharged after 4 years of service in the Military Police field. I have since mostly worked as a foreman in the Swimming Pool industry, building and remodeling in-ground pools and spas. I work well as an individual or in a team setting and can adapt to any environment. I communicate well with customers, other supervisors and employees often overcoming language barriers. I'm not afraid to get dirty doing physical labor and understand the value of working smarter to improve efficiency. I believe that leading by example motivates others to do their best and work hard not only for you but with you. I enjoy teaching others while allowing them to be creative and use their problem solving skills to find what works best for them.
