• Throughout my career at Chevron, I have held various roles, including Senior Workforce Safety Specialist, Human and Organizational Performance Advisor, Safety Supervisor, Safety Field Specialist, and Safety Team Lead. My primary responsibilities have involved providing direct HSE support to operations, guiding compliance with HSE requirements, fostering strong relationships, coaching field personnel, and verifying effective safeguards. I have achieved significant milestones, such as reducing serious injuries and fatalities by 80%, developing comprehensive training programs, facilitating effective team meetings, and representing Chevron in industry organizations.
