I've been in the LTC/Post Acute setting for close to 8 years. I loved this setting. I love my geriatric patients. Over the years, I've worked closely with Hospice. I've always had the thought that was something I would want to do. I'm familiar with how Hospice works. I understand how it's important to consider the family when providing care.
