- Reviewed and approved all invoices from vendors and subcontractors before sending them to corporate office for payment
- Implemented a Production Tracker to track every house from issuance of Building Permit to CO for a 70 day build time.
- Worked with Closing Coordinator to schedule Homeowner Orientation Walks to be conducted by superintendents
- Provided updates to General Manager and Sales Manager in weekly Status Meetings of every house currently in production and any home scheduled to begin construction
- Made weekly visits to each subdivision to monitor the build process, address any issues facing the superintendent, ensure job site organization and cleanliness and prepare any unused materials to be picked up for credit
- Attended weekly Sales Agent meetings to provide input from Production and to educate myself on the sales side of the business
- Worked as a liaison between subcontractors and superintendents to solve problems and disputes, and to monitor the quality of work.
