  • In 2016 I started J. Charles Assets; a boutique investor relations firm. Over the past 8 years I was responsible for signing up over 20 publicly traded companies to help them with market awareness and investor engagement.
  • Being Managing Partner and Owner, my responsibilities included everything from campaign strategy to building an investor book of business to prospecting for new clients.
  • Understanding each clients needs and expectations as well as the needs of investors was the main vital vein that kept my business flowing.

  • Signed with Opiant Pharmaceuticals (OPNT) on June 6th 2017 when the stock was trading at $6.55 a share on the OTC markets. We worked OPNT from 6/7/17 - 5/9/18. The month prior to our signing, the stock traded on average of 1,757 shares a day. The first month of being in the issue we traded on average of 4,051 shares a day which accumulated as we went forward. Within roughly 3 months, 69 days to be exact, the stock hit $50.00 a share and traded on average of 39,067 shares daily. OPNT uplisted to the Nasdaq on 8/7/17. The stock then settled and traded healthy between $20.00 - $30.00 a share for the rest of our campaign.
  • Signed with Staffing 360 Solutions (STAF) on May 2nd 2018 when the stock was trading at $1.62 a share on the Nasdaq. We worked STAF from 5/2/18 - 10/2/18. The month prior to our signing, the stock traded on average of 2,478 shares a day. The first month of being in the issue we traded on average of 4,011 shares a day which also accumulated as we went forward. For the month of July alone the stock traded at a high of 4.8 Million shares with a high price of $4.00 a share. In 90 days, the stock then between $2.20 - $3.00 a share for the rest of our campaign.
  • In 2019 I worked with (SPNV), a SPAC company which was acquiring Peck Electric for a Nasdaq uplist. We were hired by the company to increase awareness and help with a Nasdaq requirement for listing. The stock had no traction or till we spoke with them and on June 10th, the company announced a shareholder vote to establish proxy for 3/4 weeks in order to vote 100 shareholders for the eventual Peck issue so that PECK could qualify for the Nasdaq. We then signed a 6 month term with PECK
  • In many cases with the clients I worked with I had a big hand in increasing their shareholder capital and putting them with the right investment bankers when it came to raising capital.
