I'll be giving some slight information on my previous work experiences. I have been the opener/Closer as well as the fill in manager at M Concepts in Philly ( a small but quaint boutique).
With this role I've learned not only to lead and step in for difficult situations but also how to run and maintain a business. From the inner workings of a window display and attracting customers to viewing a “New eye catching display” to stocking, ordering, and relocation of inventory.
The other role I have been working in is as a Bartender/ Server at Cheesecake Factory. This role is drastically different but I still maintain quite a bit of responsibility as the bartender from ordering stock, making sure stock is fully adequate and well maintained and ready for customers to make easy and swift transitions all throughout the role. Starting and maintaining customer relations and creating bonds that not only benefit the restaurant/ workplace but also heighten the interactions I am able to have on a daily basis.
