The last Project involved deploying 20,000 + VOIP users to approx. 400 sites in an 18-month period. I was 1 of 2 Project Managers supporting the Project Director who led the Team.

Responsibilities included:

· Vendor Management- Schedule and Monitor vendor work to survey and document existing infrastructure at sites.

· Schedule date and time for each deployment in coordination with IBM, the prime contractor for the project.

· Schedule multiple vendors required for onsite support including deployment and end user training.

· Provide onsite PM support for assigned sites.

· Forecast material requirements including Servers, Gateways , Phones. Coordinate with Supply chain for delivery.

PMO Management and support

· Program Management of a Portfolio of Projects for the Western region which included:

· Resource management (internal and external)

· Project backlog management

· Project planning, risk identification and mitigation

· Created Quarterly revenue forecasts and updated on a monthly cadence.

Lead 2x/month Work in Progress meetings with PM’s to review project status, including risk, upside and forecasted revenue date.

· Provide executive communication with forecast updates, made recommendations on plans to cover any revenue shortfall.

· Responsible for material forecasts for PMO and working with corporate supply chain to ensure availability.
